Holiday Craftacular Sneak Peek, Part 2

New to Dairy Air Collective are photographic prints and greeting cards shot with an iPhone Hipstamatic camera.

Appreciating all things Wisconsin, we love that the original Hipstamatic 100s were invented and hand-produced in 1982 by brothers Bruce and Winston Dorbowski living in Merrill, Wisconsin. Only 157 of the treasured cameras were produced. 154 sold to the public, the remaining 3 are housed in storage by the Dorbowski family.

Tragically, the Dorbowski brothers were struck and killed by a drunk driver in the summer of 1984. Their brother Richard created a Hipstamatic website as a tribute to them, sparking the interest of iPhone app developers.

Their legacy lives on in this amazing iPhone app that only the Hipstamatically obsessed can understand.

New "Baskets by K"! Kay Beck hand-dyed the reeds before weaving these gorgeous Fall-colored baskets at her home studio in Roanoke, Indiana.

Dairy Air Collective will have them available for purchase at Glitter Workshop's Holiday Craftacular coming up December 11th.

6th Annual Holiday Craftacular

Yippee--We were accepted into the 6th annual Holiday Craftacular! It's Saturday, December 11th, 2010 at Madison's Eastside Club--one day only.

Our second year doing this show, Dairy Air Collective will be back with a fine collection of handcrafted basketry, jewelry, pewter tooth fairy boxes, recycled holiday cards, and more.
